10 toes to bar10 ring dips11:42Abs/hips smoked by 4th round of t2b. Hard to string them together. Dips hard by 5th round. Did lots of quick singles on both movements. Need work on t2b. I'm fast for the first 30 or so and then I always fall apart.
PM - 6pm
A. Power clean; build to a max#225B. Drop to 90% of A and perform amrap in 8 min15 (6 were unintentionally squat cleans).Cleans were terrible. Dropped one. For was way off. Felt weak. Maybe from doing met on earlier??
