Day 10 
A EMOM 10 minutes 3 squat snatches @55%

115. These were fine but my lower back was done from the beginning. I should have taken a rest day from the start. I was pretty much worthless. I started the rest of my workout which included front squat and really struggled so I just did the class workout:

3 rounds; 15 pull-ups, 20 kbs (53), 25 wall balls

This was super hard too. My back was totally smoked, walking was awkward.
