135- I didn't know if it was supposed to be 60% of tsnatch or ohs. Not bad. Wristes hurt but that was only issue

19:55. Started of fast and died quick. Lower back and grip were a struggle on the snatch. Rowing was fine at 1 pull per calorie but I should have returned quicker on the row.
