Day 1
A. Back Squat 6x2 @ 290lbs Rest 2 min btwn sets

Ugly, coming forward a lot. 

B. Zombie Squat 4,4,4 ,2,2,2 @ 185 for the sets of 4 and 205 for the sets of 2 focus on chest up

This went surprisingly well. Stayed fairly upright, did an extra set at 205 by mistake.

:26 when I got phone out of pocket. Not really sure real time. Didn't slow down until last 15m or so.
