B. Sqaut Clean clusters 1.1.1.1 Rest 30 seconds btwn reps Rest 2 min btwn sets

255 missed one. Hurts my becept when I miss. I catch too far forward and it a lot of pressure on it.
255 fairly solid.
C. Front Squat to a heavy Single Drop to 93% take 3 singles
295 and then singles at 275. 295 felt much easier then last time but I still missed 305.
