Nosara workout 1


Dbl unders 
Sit-ups
W/ 10 burpees after each round. 

About 11:30 with some setbacks. Did it on deck out back of room. Kept hitting stuff with jump rope. All was good. 

Surfed in morning. Really tight shoulders when paddling. 

91 degrees and sunny at rossfit south.
