A. 5/3/1 Deast lift

270, 310, 345

345 was really hard for the last 2

B. 5/3/1 Back Squat

220, 250, 285

Not to bad but tries for 6 on the last set and failed

Rest 5 Minutes

AD sucked. I can go hard for about 20 seconds and then die quick. Quads supper tight on AD.
