B. Split Jerk 1.1.1.1.1-x5 Rest 20 Seconds Between lifts Rest 3 minutes185, 195, 205, 225, 225Missed my last one. Felt pretty good overall. A little slow getting to total lockout. I would get really close but then had to stabilize and press a little at the end.
