Day 14
A. Every 30 seconds for 30 Reps 1 Squat Snatch @ 135

Done, felt good. Was hitting my pubic bone more then my hips. I don't normally have that issue.  Kinda weird for me. 

B1. 5x3 Weight Pull ups - Rest 1 Minute Seconds

45, 45, 45, 45, 35

These were pretty tuff

B2. AMRAP (-2) Chest to Bar Pull ups-Rest 1 Minute

20, 18, 12, 13, 10

These seemed harder then they usual. Grip was the main issue. 

B3. 10 UB Thrusters @ 100lbs - rest 1 Minute

Easy

B4. 10 Burpees AFAP - Rest 1 Minute

Easy
