A. EMOM 1 Squat Snatch till failure start at 165lbs add 5lbs every minute

Got 215 missed 220 but should have had it. 

B. 2 Split Jerk EMOM @70-80% 1 rep max 6 minutes

225 pretty solid

C. Eye Jerks 5x5 rest 2 minutes stay light

Pretty good. My back foot isn't totally straight. Never noticed that before. A little wobbly. 

D. Split press 5x5 rest 2 minutes stay light

Little wobbly but ok
