Day 17
A. Squat Clean 8 Singles @ 85% 1RM

215  felt pretty good. Low back and hips a little tired from the other day but overall this was good. First pull and form felt pretty solid.  

B. Front Squat 5x5 (5lbs Heavier than Last Week)

255 hard but doable


Had some grip stuff to do too but I ran out of time.
