pulled 255 a few times but didn't catch it. I could have squat cleaned it but power wasn't happening. Couldn't get elbows around quick enough.
B. Drop to 90% and Perform 8 min AMRAP of Power cleans

27 + 1 squat clean and 2 fails. Felt ok, my pull went to shit, low back got slow and tired.

Grip really hard. Had to break up the kb swings after the first round. Hamstrings and quads- lactic acid build up on row.
Didn't pace first round. Not sure what I was thinking.
