A. Deadlift Max Reps at 405lbs

3 reps. Couldn't hold on anymore. Was supposed to be unbroken, right?

3:22 first 600m were strong at 1:37 pace. Then fell apart. 

Hamstrings and forearms, ouch
Ate a sandwich at 3:30. Feel like I may puke. 

3:33 more steady pace. 1:45 for entire

3:36 started at 1:43 and then fell off.
