A. Every 90 seconds until Failure 1 back Squat Start @ 275lbs and build by 10lbs every 90 seconds
Failed at 365 felt week today. Expected more.
+ AB 10 Seconds @ 100% Rest 2 minutes x5
About 10cals on all felt good on this went hard.
