A. Deadlift 10, 10, 5, 5 Rest 2 Minutes
275, 295, 345, 365- grip kinda hard.
Rib hurt a little but I think it's ok. Should have gone heavier.
B. Build to a Max 3 Power Cleans 3 Hang Power cleans
195 but last rep was a squat clean....struggled a little with these
